If you have Acronis Disk Director 12 installed, you can create Bootable Media from within the product. I'd recommend a minimum of a 4GB flash drive for this, depending on how many OSes you'd like set up in YUMI.
While Windows is running, it behaves as a normal flash drive, on bootup, you can load any of OSes that you set up using the YUMI utility. I have the drive set up with YUMI as well as PortableApps. However, a great tool for a bootable USB Key is.

It's not likely that a partitioning utility will ever be a portable app because of the dependency on admin privileges.
